DaanSelenandDaanSelen 7e960c156d feat: add dind rootless flags (#113) ...

Add switch for rootless accounting with:

```
statefulset:
  dind:
    rootless: true | false
    uid: ""
```
This is to set the liveness and readiness probes correctly.
